ASCM works with different clients around the globe, and has multiple factors to track like new leads, renewals for existing customers, and providing a better representation for their internal teams to achieve their Annual Targets. ASCM also needed assistance in improving their Salesforce systems and were eager to use Salesforce for more efficient activities.
Cloudalyze created a superlative project plan after noting down the technological challenges faced by ASCM. Our primary goal was to help ASCM overcome these technological hindrances and improve their Salesforce org by making it efficient.
After multiple sessions of requirement analysis, Cloudalyze provided ASCM with a custom solution of interactive dashboards which can be now used to report on the “Annual Target Quota” and their sales reps can achieve their targets proficiently. Their Manager can now provide a report to their leadership regarding the different teams he actively manages. For attaining the dashboards data, standard Salesforce forecasting was utilized along with various custom solutions. The dashboard provides information of the total Target achieved for a sales rep in conjunction with the Annual Target. It also supports product wise information on the achieved target.
Cloudalyze designed the renewals for existing customers seamlessly and automated the ASCM Salesforce org for a better forecasting experience which now can be used as a measure of calculating the target achieved by a sales rep.
Along with the custom solutions, various reports were created for different key factors which now drives ASCM’s business and helped the ASCM sales team to improve their day-to-day activities.
ASCM can now manage their team’s more efficiently using the custom dashboards which provides at-a-glance views of the “Annual Targets” and the achieved targets till date. Not only they have a view of individual contributors, but also organizational view of Teams.
ASCM was now capable to manage their renewals more efficiently as no manual efforts were involved.
