ASCM works with customers all over the world, tracking things like new clients, renewals for current customers, and helping their internal teams reach their yearly goals. They needed help to improve their Salesforce systems and wanted to use it to be more efficient.
Cloudalyze developed an outstanding project plan after identifying the technological challenges faced by ASCM. The primary objective was to assist ASCM in overcoming these challenges and enhance their Salesforce org for greater efficiency.
Following a thorough analysis of requirements, Cloudalyze designed a tailored solution of interactive dashboards to enable reporting on the “Annual Target Quota”. Sales representatives can now achieve their targets more efficiently and their manager can generate a report for leadership on the performance of the teams they oversee. To obtain the data for the dashboards, standard Salesforce forecasting and various custom solutions were utilized. The dashboard provides information on the total target achieved by a sales rep, in addition to the Annual Target, as well as product-wise information on the achieved target.
Cloudalyze also seamlessly integrated renewals for existing customers and automated the ASCM Salesforce org for a better forecasting experience, which can now serve as a measure for calculating the target achieved by a sales rep.
In addition to the custom solutions, Cloudalyze developed several reports for different key factors that drive ASCM’s business, which have enabled the ASCM sales team to improve their day-to-day activities.
With the custom dashboards created by Cloudalyze, ASCM is now able to manage their teams more efficiently, with easy-to-read at-a-glance views of both “Annual Targets” and achieved targets to date. The dashboards provide views of individual contributors as well as an organizational view of teams.
ASCM can now manage renewals more efficiently, as manual efforts have been eliminated.
