Client Challenge

The application information generated on our client’s website used to go their mailbox directly whose details they had to enter manually in Apricot CRM and our client did not have a web-to-lead form because of which they faced a few constraints. Also the Nonprofit org wanted to migrate their data & business process from Apricot CRM to Salesforce as Apricot CRM wasn’t a cost-effective solution for their organization.

Cloudalyze’s Solution

We Cloudalyze team have designed the Web to Lead form on their WordPress website. Now they can track Camp Applications filled on the website as Leads in Salesforce. We also configured the plugin to integrate WordPress with Salesforce.
Likewise, we migrated our client’s data and business process from Apricot CRM to Salesforce. We also designed a data model in Salesforce for them to capture interviews with military personnel’s.

Result

Eagle Rock Camp has migrated Centralized CRM from Apricot to Salesforce. Now they have improved 50% in creating Camping Application vs Apricot and they have Saved $$$’s by migrating to Salesforce from Apricot.
