Case : Einstein Analytics Dashboards

We are pleased to share that we have successfully implemented Salesforce Einstein Analytics Dashboards as a solution for our client, which has greatly benefited their business operations. Through this solution, we were able to help our client recognize their headquarters and easily track projects associated with them.

Our team also implemented a case management dashboard that allows our client to monitor each case, view the service agent assigned to it, and track open and closed cases. This has greatly improved our client’s ability to manage their cases efficiently.

To further enhance our client’s business operations, we built a Sales Dashboard that showcases the entire sales cycle. This has helped our client in analyzing the success ratio and identifying areas where administrative levels can be improved for greater growth.

We also created Custom Maps to display projects covering different locations/states, enabling our client to get a clear view of project progress in different areas.

To ensure row-level security across the org, we efficiently applied Security Predicates. Additionally, we applied Static Steps and Selective Bindings to enhance the dashboard’s functionality, enabling all filters to be applied in sync when a specific account is selected and providing granular details.
