We at Cloudalyze implemented an advanced approach which graphically represented this data through Einstein Analytics.

In Einstein Analytics we created a Dashboard with multiple pages to segment the data effectively.

Now the client can keep track of its site projects, locations, stages headquarter etc. thus keeping their data up to date.

Our client required a well-organized and systematic solution to identify their project headquarters, stage, and location. It was very challenging to dig huge data and define single project details.

They also wanted to measure the number of projects under each headquarter and calculate revenue generation to boost their productivity.

Case : Einstein Analytics Dashboards
We implemented Salesforce Einstein Analytics Dashboards as a solution which helped them recognize their headquarters and projects associated with them. Our Client can now easily track a headquarter account, number of projects and its progress detail.

We also implemented a case management dashboard, which enabled them to monitor each case, view the service agent assigned and so on. This dashboard also displays open and closed cases.

Sales Dashboard was built to showcase their end to end the entire sales cycle. This helped them in finding out the success ratio and improvise administrative levels for greater outgrowth.

To show the projects covering different location/states we successfully created Custom Maps.

We efficiently applied Security Predicates to ensure row-level security across the org.

Static Steps and Selective bindings were applied to enhance the dashboard, i.e. if any account is selected all the filters will be applied in sync and show the granular details.

Impact on client’s business:
Implementation impact of the aforementioned challenges.

These dashboards proved to be one of their most powerful tools to fill in all the gaps.

They significantly improved their productivity. Their employees and managers can now track & manage the details with ease and be updated about any important deal and prioritise the next steps.

The applied Solution has provided them with immense flexibility.

Their worktime effort is also reduced as before they were dependent on manual mode, but Cloudalyze automated their mechanism, making their work very time efficient.
