Sales reps can log their visits through the Lightning Platform mobile app, which captures their location, time of Check-In, and Check-Out.
- Check-In and Check-Out functionality capturing all the information related to the visits. The address and time would be auto captured.
- Ability to tag Contacts as the persons met during the visit, add notes related to visits, capture images, and set up the next follow up date.
- Visit Log reports to management giving them a comprehensive view of all the visits. Management should be able to drill down to individual visits for detailed information.



Web to Lead
The process of using a website form to capture visitor information and store that information as a new lead in the Lightning Platform.
- The information is automatically stored in new lead records in your Lightning Platform install, and the lead can then be scored, qualified, and routed to sales reps.
- From there, you can redirect visitors to other pages on your site, send automated email follow-ups, and start them on customer journeys.

Task Management
- Lightning Platform enables you to take notes and Log a Call on any object such as Lead/Deal/Quote/Order.
- You can get the complete log of activities performed on a certain Lead/Deal.
- Create tasks for yourself or anyone in your team and track the progress of the task.
- Create events and add them to the calendar to remind you on the respective dates.
